摘要
结合工程维修实际,从设计、施工、使用等方面对外墙渗漏通病进行原因分析,提出相应的外墙渗漏的预防措施和补救方法,解决了困扰用户和施工单位处理外墙渗漏的问题。
Combined with practical work,from design,construction,service and other aspects the reasons caused the exterior wall leakage are analyzed,at the same time corresponding preventive measure and remedy methods are proposed,in order to resolve leakage problems of exterior wall which puzzles users and construction enterprises.
