摘要
针对住宅小区作为人防工程及地下车库用的单层地下室上浮事故,结合具体工程实例,提出了事故处理方案,具体阐述了地下车库纠偏方案,抗浮加固方案及顶板局部裂缝处理,并提出了信息化施工进行动态控制的措施,为类似工程积累了施工经验。
As for single basement floating incident in the residential area,as a civil air defense engineering and underground garage,combining with specific examples of projects,this paper proposed accident treatment program,described specific corrective programs,anti-floating reinforcement and pre-board local crack treatment of the underground garage,and proposed dynamic control measures of information construction.Thus,it accumulated construction experience for similar projects.
