摘要
采用MEVVA源离子注入机对高速工具钢(HSS)进行了C、 Co及C+Co双注入,并做了 硬度、摩擦系数测量和磨损实验。C离子注入剂量3×1017cm-2,能量60keV;Co离子注入剂量 为2×1017、 4×1017、6×1017cm-2,能量102keV。结果表明,不同元素、不同剂量的离子注入 均能有效地改善HSS的硬度和摩擦磨损特性,从而极大延长HSS的工作寿命,且随着注入剂量 的增加,改善的效果有所增强。另外,Co离子注入有较好的润滑作用,能提高HSS表面的韧 性和弹性,使其具有良好的自修复能力。
The HSS samples were implanted with 3×10`17cm-2 of 60keV C ions and (2-6) 10`17cm-2 of 102keV Co ions respectively, from a MEVVA ion source.The average beam flux was about 26.5 A. cm-2 The surface friction coefficient and hardness were measured, and wearing test was made. It was shown that the surface hardness of C, Co or C+Co implanted HSS increased from 15% to 50%, and the C+Co dual implanted surface of HSS was the hardest.The surface friction coefficient of HSS implanted with Co or C+Co ions decreased from 0.42 to 0.14. The wear resistance of the surface modified by C+Co dual implantation was better than that modified by C or Co single implantation. The surface of HSS implanted with Co ions had better lubricity, elasticity and tenacity. The C+Co dual implantation was one of the best methods to improve the surface wear resistance of HSS.
