摘要
针对中国房地产现状,提出了房地产工程项目实行全过程成本控制的必要性,以项目建设自立项到销售全过程为线索,指出了如何有效地进行工程项目管理,以期实现房地产工程项目全过程成本控制。
In light of the current real estate situation,this thesis proposes the need for whole process cost control of real estate projects.Taking the entire process from project construction to selling as a clue,it points out how to manage project construction efficiently,with a view to achieve the cost control of real estate project.
