摘要
针对当前房地产市场的现状,结合所在公司的成功运作经验,充分分析了房地产开发成本各构成要素及比例,阐述了开发成本不断上升的原因,提出了有效控制和降低成本的对策,以期提高房地产项目投资效益。
Aiming at the current situation of the present real estate market,combining with the successful operation experience of the company that the author works in,the thesis fully analyzes each composition and their proportion of the development cost of real estate,illustrates the reason why the development cost keep going up,proposes effective countermeasures to control and lower the cost,so as to increase the investment benefits of real estate items.
