With the rope substitution of one reinforced concrete diagonal cable as an example,the thesis discusses the following contents： the earlier period preparatory work,construction technologies,the selection of rope substitution time interval and traffic volume control and etc..After the rope substitution to this bridge,it was proved that the working performance was fine and construction was convenient,which could become a reference to the same kind of engineering.
