黄豆苷元片降低老年人脉压的疗效观察

Clinical observation of Daidzein tablet on decreasing elder's pulse pressure

目的:观察黄豆苷元片(daidzein tablets)对降低老年伴或不伴有高血压患者高脉压(pulse pressure)差的效果。方法:选择44例老年高脉压患者(脉压≥60mmHg),整体血压水平不限,在不干预原有降压、降糖、降脂、抗凝、扩冠治疗的基础上,依患者意愿分为对照组(不加用黄豆苷元片)22例和黄豆苷元组22例,观察黄豆苷元片对老年患者脉压的影响,疗程为12周。结果:治疗4周、8周后,两组比较差异无显著性。治疗12周后,治疗组平均脉压水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:长期应用黄豆苷元片,可以降低大血管僵硬度,恢复弹性,有效降低因动脉硬化增大的脉压差。

To observe the influence of daidzein tablet on decreasing elder＇s pulse pressure difference with or without hypertension. 44 high pulse pressure （pulse pressure ≥ 60mmHg） ciders, not considering the blood pressure level, were selected. Under the basis of not interfering primary treatment of lowering blood pressure, blood sugar, blood fat, resisting blood coagulation, and enlarging coronal vessel, according to the wills, the patients were divided into group of treating （22） with daidzein tablet and control group （22） to learn the curative effect of daidsein tablet on pulse pressure of elder patients, the period of treatment is 12 weeks. There were not significantly different the treatments between 2 groups after 4 and 8 weeks respectively. The treatment group was obviously better than control one after 12 weeks （ P 〈 0.05）. Daidzein tablets, scientific name is 4′ ,7′ - dihydric - isoflavone, is usually used in community clinic. Its functions include enlarging coronal, femoral, encephalon arteries, reducing blood adhesiveness, weakening the blood vessel resistance, decreasing exogenous consumption of heart muscles, enhancing micro - circulation, increasing blood amount in the distal end of vessels, changing the flowing of blood, reducing blood pressure and improve heart pulse. Long - term taking this medicine can greatly reduce the blood vessel hardness, recovery its elasticity, and effectively decrease the enhaneive pulse pressure difference due to artery hardness. The random double - blind experiment can not carry out due to the limitation of objectivity condition of clinic, therefore the selected samples were small, and not restrict controlling other factors, but the results have consulting meaning to clinical medical treatment in the guideline of evidence - based medical.
