摘要
目的:研究新型牙周骨再生材料的临床应用价值。方法:实验1:用家兔10只,在家兔两侧背肌的肌囊内分别植入天然型网孔状羟基磷灰石(IHA)及天然型复合网孔状羟基磷灰石(IHA/BNP)。实验2:用家兔10只,条件同实验一。在两侧胫骨内分别植入IHA及羟基磷灰石(HA)。实验3:用家兔24只,在其31、32、33,41、42、43牙唇侧附着处做弧形切口,制备长为两切牙间距离的两壁骨缺损。将IHA/BMP或IHA植入已制备的骨缺损区内并压紧,严格缝合切口。临床应用:选用符合标准的52例牙周病患者的60颗患牙,随机分为IHA/BMP、IHA、HA(对照组)三组。结果:与骨形态形成蛋白质(BMP)复合,组成IHA/BMP,经动物实验证实该材料生物相容性良好,具有传导及诱导成骨功能,新生骨出现早、生长快,成骨量多。结论:天然复合网孔状羟基磷灰石(IHA/BMP)具有类似人骨的网状交联空隙,有利于传导成骨,牙根面也有少量新骨沉积。是当前修复牙周骨缺损较理想的人工替代材料。
Objective: To study a new type ideal periodontal regeneration materials. Methods: Experiment 1 : with ten rabbits, IHA and HA were implanted into the muscular sac of the dorsal muscles respectively. Experiment 2: with ten rabbits, IHA end HA were implanted into the shinbone respectively. Experiment 3: with 24 rabbits,arc incision was made in the gingival attachment of 31,32,33,41,42,43, making the bone defects of two incisor teeth width, IHA/BMP or IHA were implanted into the bone defects and incisions were sutured tightly. Clinical application:selecting 60 teeth of 52 cases periodontal disease,divided into 3 groups randomly: HA/BMP.IHA.HA(being as control group). Results: IHA/BMP combination were testified satisfactory biocompatibility, can transmit and induction bone formation, newly formed bone have the merit:bone formation earlier, growth quicker, more output.Conclusion: IHA/BMP combination have the cross- link cellule similar to human bone, can transmit and induction bone formation, small amounts new bone were deposited in the rhizoplane. IHA/BMP combination were relatively ideal periodontal regeneration materials currently.
