齐拉西酮与利培酮治疗老年精神分裂症的临床对照研究

Comparative study of Ziprasidone and Risperidone in the treatment of elderly schizophrenia

目的:比较齐拉西酮和利培酮治疗老年精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法:将64例老年精神分裂症患者随机分为齐拉西酮组(32例)和利培酮组(32例),疗程8周。采用PANSS评定疗效、副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果:齐拉西酮组显效率75%,总有效率90.6%;利培酮组分别为78.12%和93.75%,两组疗效差异无显著性。不良反应齐拉西酮组14例,利培酮组15例。两组不良反应的发生率无明显差异,且程度均较轻。结论:齐拉西酮与利培酮治疗老年精神分裂症疗效相当,依从性好,不良反应轻。

Objective： To compare Ziprasidone and Risperidone in the treatment of elderly schizophrenia clinical efficacy and safety. Methods： 64 cases of elderly patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into Ziprasidone group （32 cases） and Risperidone group （32 cases）, treatment for 8 weeks. Evaluation of efficacy of using PANSS, side effects scale （TESS） assessment of adverse reactions.Results：After 8 weeks, the efficiency of Ziprasidone group were 75% and the total effective rate was 90.6% ; Risperidone group were 78.12% and 93.75%, the two groups was no significant difference in efficacy. Two groups the incidence of adverse reactions was no significant difference, and have a lesser degree. Conclusion： Ziprasidone and Risperidone in the treatment of elderly schizophrenia patients with a considerable effect, good compliance, adverse reaction is slight.
