摘要
在层次分析法的基础上,运用模糊理论对通信和指挥控制系统效能指标进行了定性和定量分析,提出了一套完整的效能评估方法,该方法能够在作战中为指挥员决策提供依据,起到优化通信与指挥控制资源的作用。
The qualitative and quantitative analysis for the effectiveness index of communication and command control systems were performed with the fuzzy theory based on AHP.A complete range of effectiveness evaluation method is advanced,which can provide the basis for the commanders,decision in the war and optimize the resource of communication and command control.
