本文选取美国加州大学伯克利分校、英国牛津大学、日本东京大学、德国柏林工业大学等4所高校作为分析样本,从人才培养、科学研究以及社会服务三个维度研究国外研究型大学自主创新能力建设的状况,并寻求值得我们学习借鉴的理念与经验。

The paper probes into the practices in innovation capacity-building at four world-famous universities,i.e.UC Berkeley,the University of Oxford,the University of Tokyo and the Technical University of Berlin,in a bid to provide some enlightenment on the innovation capacity-building for research-oriented university.The three dimensions addressed in the paper include talent training,scientific research and social service.
