摘要
"饭店管理信息系统"课程单一讲授或实训的方式已不能适应行业发展需要,基于能力的课程改革,从课程目标、课程内容、教学过程、教学方法、评价体系五个部分来进行。设置真实的饭店工作情境,使学生掌握饭店前后台系统的各项操作,了解饭店的相关规章制度;通过完成团队任务接触行业软件的应用现状,使学习内容更为实用。
Teaching or operating HMIS individually has been unable to adapt to the development of hotel industry, therefore the reform in the view of competency-based should start from five parts, i.e. course objective, content, teaching process, teaching methods and appraisal system. By setting real work circumstance, students can learn operation of HIMS, comprehend the hotel rules; by group task, students can find out status of HMIS, which make the course content more practical.
