摘要
以高职通信技术专业程控交换设备维护课程建设为切入点,构建了以工作过程为导向的课程内容。根据职业岗位的代表性任务,设计了7个相关学习情境,并以其中固定电话装机这一学习情境为例,综合通信行业交换机务员、线务员、电信营业员三类工种的岗位要求,模拟了真实的工作场景,按照资讯、决策、计划、实施、检查与评估6个工作过程环节进行了分组实施,使课程的实施取得了良好的教学效果。
In this paper, the work-process-orientation curriculum was developed by constructing the course with program-controlled switching equipment maintenance for students majoring in communication technology in vocational colleges. Seven learning contexts are designed in accordance with typical positions for their corresponding professions. Taking the fixing process of telephone as an example of, a field work situation is simulated by integrating the requirements for three positions of switching, line and communication. Teaching and learning are carried out in the procedure of information, decision making, planning, implementation, inspection and evaluation, which assures an effective teaching result of the curriculum.
