摘要
在金融危机席卷全球,高校扩招的形势下,做好毕业生就业指导工作的意义显得尤为重要。高校毕业生就业面临着种种问题,深入研究应对当前严峻的就业形势,可以为我国高校毕业生就业指导工作服务体系的构建提供借鉴。
Under the situation of the financial crisis in the world and the expanding enrollment of colleges and universities,the guidance on the graduates＇ employment becomes especially important.This paper tries to provide some related countermeasures for the construction of college graduates employment service system based on investigating the employment difficulties of college graduates.
