三臂液压凿岩台车注浆孔钻进偏差试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 三臂液压凿岩台车首次运用到青岛胶州湾海底隧道深孔超前预注浆施工中,显著提高了施工效率和施工进度。由于钻孔偏差对注浆设计和效果影响较大,为全面掌握深度钻孔坐标偏差情况,根据凿岩台车特点和现场条件,对台车进行钻孔偏差试验研究,在试验数据的基础上对偏差原因进行分析,并提出减少偏差的措施,为台车钻孔注浆和类似工程施工提供参考和借鉴。 The three-boom hydraulic rock-drilling jumbo has been applied,for the first time,to the construction of the advanced grouting of the Jiaozhou Bay Submarine Tunnel in Qingdao and has significantly improved the efficiency of the construction and the construction progress.Owing to the great influence of drilling deviation on the design and effects of slip-casting concrete,in order to obtain the overall deviation information of deep-bored holes,an experimental study is performed of the drilling deviation of the rock-drilling jumbo according to its characteristics and the specific site conditions,upon the basis of which the deviation causes are analyzed in the paper,with a few measures put forward to decrease the deviation.The paper may serve as a useful reference for the construction of other similar projects.
