摘要
某特大桥桩基础承台尺寸为10.4m×7.6m,水深11.78m,采用钢围堰排水浇筑施工。为了较准确了解初定钢围堰结构的内力和变形情况,确保工程施工安全,对该钢围堰用ANSYS软件进行了三维有限元静力分析和模拟。分析结果指出,该围堰结构局部杆件需要加强,而有些杆件还可进一步优化,以节约成本。从而说明对于这类复杂工程,进行施工全过程三维有限元分析和模拟是完全必要的。
The size of the pile cap of a certain mega bridge is 10.4 m×7.6 m,with water being 11.78 m in depth,for the construction of casting concrete of which a dual-walled steel cofferdam is adopted to drain water.To accurately determine the internal forces and deformation of the structure of the steel cofferdam to ensure the safety of construction of the project,we have the three dimensions of the cofferdam statically analyzed and simulated by means of the Finite Element Method with the ANSYS software.The result of the analysis shows that some members of the structure of the cofferdam have to be strengthened while others may further be optimized to lower the cost.The research proves that it is extremely necessary to make a three-dimension analysis of and simulate the whole process of the construction by means of the Finite Element Method,as far as complex projects are concerned.
