热应力作用下的混凝土表面开裂试验研究

摘要 结合新疆地区常见混凝土结构表面微裂缝病害,研究在较大温差下0次、30次、60次、120次热循环时集料与硬化水泥浆的界面结构变化,得出在其他条件不变情况下,随着热循环次数的不断增加,集料界面过渡区的微裂纹最终会发展为宏观微裂缝,这也说明混凝土材料的水泥基胶体和粗集料热性能存在较大差异。 With the damage of micro-cracking common in concrete structures in some Xinjiang districts as a practical example,a study is made in the paper of the structural change in the interfaces between the aggregates and the hardened cement mortar under great differences in temperature respectively after 0,30,60 and 120 thermal cycles,from which it is concluded that the micro-cracks in the transitional areas of the aggregate interfaces will finally develop into macro-mini-cracks as the number of thermal cycles increases,which shows that there are relatively great differences in the thermal performance between the cement base colloidal bodies and the coarse aggregates.
