摘要
以武广铁路客运专线HZQ900型架桥机高位驮运转场为例,采用有限元分析软件分析了转场过程中支撑设备的强度、刚度和桥机自身的横向、纵向抗倾覆稳定性,结果表明所述方案能够实现桥机高位驮运转场安全、经济和高效的目标,对类似工程具有一定的指导和借鉴作用。
With the high-level site transference of Type-HZQ900 Bridge Erectors for the Wuhan-Guangzhou Passengers-oriented Railway as a practical example,the strengthen and stiffness of the supporting equipment,and the lateral and longitudinal anti-upsetting stability of the bridge erector in the course of being transferred to other sites are analyzed by means of the Finite Element Analysis software,the result of which shows that the above-mentioned method can achieve the purposes of safety,economy and high efficiency in the high-level site transference of the bridge erector.It may serve as a useful reference for other similar projects.
