高校干部选拔任用工作“票决制”的实践与思考

Practice and Thinking of "Voting System" Implement in the Selection and Appointment of Cardres in Colleges and Universities

党的十七届四中全会对切实加强和改进党的建设提出了明确要求,为党和国家各项工作进一步指明了前进方向。新形势下改革干部人事制度,在高校干部选拔任用工作中实施"票决制",是新时期深化干部人事制度改革的有益探索和重要手段。文章阐述了在高校干部选拔任用工作中实行"票决制"的意义、基本原则和经验启示。

Communist Party of China＇s 17th Fourth Plenary Session asked us to strengthen and improve Party building, and further pointed out the various tasks of the Party and the country. In the new period ,it is a useful exploration and important means in deepening the reform of the cadre and personnel system to reform the cadre and personnel system by implementing the ＂voting system＂ during selecting and appointing cadres in colleges and universities under the new situation. This article discussed the meaning, basic principles and experienced enlightenment of implementing ＂voting system＂ when we select and appoint cadres in colleges and universities.
