大学毕业生的就业难问题日益突显,已成为政府、社会、家庭、学校共同关注的热点。文章就高校毕业生就业指导服务工作的现状及存在的问题做了分析,并就如何加强高校大学生就业指导服务工作从法律规定、更新观念、提高认识、加强师资队伍建设、加强课程建设、多途径开展就业指导工作等方面进行了探索。

The employment of college graduates is becoming increasingly difficult, which has become focus of attention by the government, society, families and schools. The article tends to analyze the current situation and existing problems of employment guidance service of college students. It also explores the muti-channel ways on how to strengthen employment guidance services for college graduates from the aspect of law regulation, concept updating, consciousness raising, faculty-construction strengthening and curriculum construction promotion.
