摘要
为了保证点火正时仪测试量值的准确和统一,对点火正时仪测试方法进行研究和探讨,并研制出使用精密的集成电路和建立模拟发动机点火控制的标准测试装置,解决目前无法使用高一级标准器对其进行测试的问题。通过标准测试装置对点火正时仪进行测试,并对测试数据进行分析和比对,得出测试方法和结果能满足对点火正时仪测试要求的结论,这是一种新型的测试点火正时仪的标准装置和方法。
To insure the accuracy and unity of testing values for ignition timing instrument,the testing methods for ignition timing instrument were studied and discussed, based on which a novel standard measuring equipment, which can imitate the engine ignition was developed. The results indicate that the developed system can meet the testing requirements for ignition timing instrument. In addition,the problem that the value can’t be traced back to the source was also solved.
