摘要
为压水堆核电站核岛换料机的夹爪机构设计了一套气压驱动系统,其中设计计算了气缸的缸径、行程、供气压力和输出力,对气缸活塞杆进行了稳定性分析。同时,根据核电站的特殊使用环境,对整个气动回路的元器件进行了选型,并绘制了气动系统图和工程安装示意图。目前该系统方案已成功应用于大亚湾核电站的工程样机中,对全面实现我国核电站换料机的国产化具有重要意义。
A feasible air-pressure transmission system has been designed for the manipulate crane's gripping jaw of nuclear power plant. The design's calculation includes the cylinder's diameter, the piston rod's travel, and the cylinder's pressure and output power,and the stability is analyzed for the piston rod. At the same time,according to the special environment of nuclear power plant,the authors have selected the pneumatic components,and have drawn the pneumatic system and installation instruction. This design has been applied in engineering practice in Daya bay nuclear power plant. It is of positive significance to realize the localization of nuclear plant manipulate crane.
