随着我国通信市场竞争的加剧,构建一套完善的通信企业项目后评价指标体系对已完成的项目进行后评价,指导通信项目建设变得更加重要。确定通信企业项目后评价指标体系23个指标层,对辽宁网通公司抚顺分公司沈阳理工大学应用技术学院校园网建设项目进行了后评价的实证分析,得出评价结果并提出建议。

With the intensifying of China＇s communications market competition, it is very important that the companies build a comprehensive later--evaluation index system for completed projects, guided communications projects. The communications enterprise project later--evaluation 23 index layer in Liaoning Fushun Netcom Subsidiary Shenyang University of Technology Institute of Technology campus network were determined, and the construction project was studied after the evaluation of the empirical analysis. Meanwhile, the evaluation results and recommendations were given.
