摘要
学习动机、策略及情感等是影响大学生英语成绩的重要因素,在现有的主流理论基础上对各因素的影响程度进行了定量的实证分析。结果显示,学习动机对成绩有一定的正面影响,但是单纯的激励学生的学习动机可能只会收到事倍功半的效果;另外,情感焦虑也是构成阻碍学习进步的一个重要的消极因素。所以要想帮助学生尽快提高成绩,首要的任务就是要帮助他们克服焦虑和对英语学习的抵触情绪。
This paper analyzes the factors affecting professional college English learners' performance from three perspectives,i.e.,motivation,strategy,and affection.Based on the mainstream theories,an empirical analysis on the quantitative significance of each factor has been made.The results show that motivation has certain positive impact on performance,but merely relying on it may turn out to be inefficient.Also,anxiety has an important negative impact on performance,and hence to help students improve their learning,students must first overcome the anxiety and anti-English learning sentiment.
