摘要
我国高校教育教学评估,虽历经十几年,但因具有行政强制色彩,评估仅仅是一种工具和手段,因而难以形成积极健康的"质量文化"。结合高校教育教学实际,我国高校教育教学评估必将经历热闹的"评估运动",尴尬的"评估文化",最终形成从容的高校"质量文化"。
Although teaching evaluation in universities has been carried out for more than a decade,'evaluation culture' in China has not established because of its administrative enforcement function and nature. The evaluation is only considered as a tool and device. Summarizing many years of experiences of the evaluation,the author proposes that the teaching evaluation in colleges and universities must undergo the busy 'evaluation movement' ,and embarrassing 'evaluation culture'. Finally,teaching evaluation in China will take the shape of calm 'quality culture'.
