小麦蛋白质含量配合力和遗传模型测验

摘要 通过6个小麦品种籽粒蛋白质含量的配合力效应,对6个亲本和15个杂交组合进行了评价,并且对蛋白质遗传模型进行测验。试验结果表明,小麦籽粒蛋白质含量的遗传符合加性—显性模型,不仅存在加性效应,而且存在极显著的显性效应;新春8号的配合力效应值较高,新春9号次之,可以作为改良籽粒蛋白质含量较好的亲本。 6 wheat varieties were selected to study the effect of combining ability on the protein content of wheat seeds. 6 parents and 15 hybridization were appraised,and the hereditary model of protein was tested. The experimental results showed that the heredity of protein content of wheat seeds accorded with the adding -dominance model,not only the adding effect stored in,but also the extremely remarkable dominance effect existed. In addition,the cooperation strength effect value of Xinchun 8 was relatively high,followed Xinchun 9,both of them could be regarded as parents to improved the protein content in wheat seed.
