区域科技创新能力的可拓综合评价研究

On Extension Synthetic Evaluation of Regional Scientific and Technical Innovation Ability

科技创新是国家、地区、企业经济增长与发展的主要根源和直接动力。在建立科学合理的科技创新能力评价指标体系的基础上,运用可拓评价方法分析了山东省区域科技创新能力,建立了其科技创新能力综合评价的物元模型,计算了其关联函数计关联度,得出定量分析结果,实现了山东省区域科技创新能力的综合评价。为区域科技创新能力评价提供了一种科学实用的新方法。

The scientific and technical innovation is the main source and the most direct power of the national, local, enterprise economic growth and development. On the basis of establishing scientific and reasonable scientific innovation ability evaluating index system, this paper analyzes the regional scientific innovation ability in Shandong Province by using the extension evaluation method. Synthetic evaluation element model of the scientific innovation ability has been established, its correlation function and correlative degree has been calculated, result of the quantitative analysis has been obtained, and synthetic evaluation of regional scientific innovation ability of Shandong Province has been realized. It has provided a new scientific and practical method for the regional scientific innovation ability evaluation.
