Management honeypot is a management technique based on the honeypot technological way of thinking and the shortcomings of management systems to study on effective management. The article first analyzes the existing deficiencies of management system. Then, it analyzes the values and advantages of the honeypot technology. Third, it demonstrates the feasibility of introducing the network honeypot technological way of thinking into management areas. Fourth, the article puts forward the concept of management honeypot. Finally, the article explores the theory of management honeypot.
