摘要
对试用期中的培训作用进行分析,在传统的人力资本理论的基础上,揭示了试用期培训的甄别功能,以及影响甄别效率提高的各类因素。并在此基础上,研究甄别效率如何影响企业的效益,并识别出影响效益的各类因素,为企业制定相应的培训策略,提出了建议。
The action of training in probation is analyzed. With the traditional human capital theory, the screening ability of training and all kinds of influence factors in improving screening efficiency is showed. Then the enterprise benefit with the efficient variation is studied, and the influencing factors in improving benefit are analyzed. At last some suggestions in enterprise training are put forward.
