用系统的观点看待当前大学生就业问题——以合肥工业大学为例

On the Current Employment of College Students with the system point of view——A Case Study on Hefei University of Technology

受当前经济危机影响,大学生就业难问题进一步加剧,大学生就业系统的良性发展离不开政府、高校、用人单位和毕业生自身的共同努力。本文通过对合肥工业大学近年来毕业生就业情况具体数据调查,从整个就业系统整体出发,全面、系统阐述高校毕业生就业工作中存在的问题,进行了多方面的思考,并建设性的提出解决就业系统之道。

Affected by the current economic crisis, it is more difficult for college graduates to find a job. College students can not do without the sound development of the employment system which needs the working together of government, universities, employers and graduates themselves. On the basis of the investigation of the data on the employment situation of graduates in Hefei University of Technology in recent years, this paper, starting from the entire erhployment system as a whole, comprehensively and systematically expounds problems in the employment of college graduates, conducts a wide range of thinking, and proposes solutions to a constructive employment system.
