摘要
目的探索EPS轻集料混凝土的最佳质量配合比,对EPS轻集料混凝土的强度形成机理以及受压破坏理论进行深入分析.方法采用正交试验设计法,系统研究了水泥、水、EPS骨料和陶沙四因素对EPS轻集料混凝土性能的影响,试验测定和分析了不同质量配合比混凝土的力学性能.结果 EPS轻集料混凝土强度主要来自于水泥浆体的强度,良好的和易性是保证EPS轻集料混凝土强度的重要因素.EPS轻集料混凝土的强度破坏分为弹性、弹塑性和破坏3个阶段,由于骨料强度低,破坏后强度急剧下降.结论为EPS轻集料混凝土的设计、开发和应用提供了理论依据.
EPS lightweight aggregate concrete,a good wall-making insulation material,is dense and cheap.But our knowledge of EPS lightweight aggregate concrete′s compressive failure theory is very limited,far less than that of ordinary concrete,which limits the application of EPS concrete.In this paper,the best mix-ing design of EPS lightweight aggregate concrete has been done,and the mechanical properties of EPS light-weight aggregate concrete have been further analyzed.The orthogonal experiment is applied and the infu-cence of four factors,namely,cement,water,EPS aggregate and sands on the function of EPS light weight aggregate is systematically analyzed.The experiment tests and analyzes the mechanical property of different mixing design.The results show that the strength of EPS lightweight aggregate concrete mainly comes from that of cement,moreover,good rheological ability is an important factor to ensure good strength.The failure of EPS lightweight aggregate concrete can be divided into elastic,elastic-plastic and failure stages.As the EPS aggregate has very low strength,the concrete strength decreases sharply after the failure.These results provide a basic direction for the developments and applications of EPS lightweight aggregate.
