摘要
目的分析不同含盐量的海排灰对水泥石灰海排灰碎石新型底基层材料路用性能产生的影响,确定海排灰能否应用于道路三灰碎石底基层建设.方法采用额外掺入氯盐的方法,依据《公路工程无机结合料稳定材料试验规程JTG E51-2009》,对新型底基层材料进行路用性能试验,进而分析和评价氯离子含量对其路用性能的影响.结果试验结果表明适量的氯盐对三灰混合料有早强剂作用,提高结合料的早期强度;海排灰混合料的干缩系数随着氯离子含量的增大而增大,而对温缩系数的影响不大;氯离子含量对结合料的抗冻性能受抗冻性能影响较大.结论当结合料中氯盐含量不超过1.5%时,海排灰底基层材料各项路用性能均能达到《公路沥青路面设计规范》JTG D50-2006的要求,海排灰应用于道路底基层建设可行.
The influence regularity of salt content on pavement performance of subbase course is studied and the feasibility of the fly-ash-flushed-by-seawater material used to road construction is demonstrated.Starting with the laboratory tests on pavement performance of base course content with different salt content,with the method of adding salt,analyzes and evaluate the influence of chlorine salt content on pavement performance of subbase course.The chlorine salt content in fly-ash-flushed-by-seawater influence slightly on the early strength of subbase course,and even have a function of early strength agent.The chlorine salt content in fly-ash-flushed-by-seawater has a repressive function of growth of strength.Along with aggrandizement of chlorine salt content,the amount of temperature shrinkage coefficient is higher,but influence slightly on the amount of humidity shrinkage coefficient.The anti-freezes performance is influenced seriously by the chlorine salt content in fly-ash-flushed-by-seawater.The fly-ash-flushed-by-seawater subbase course can satisfy the request of specifications when the chlorine salt content in fly-ash-flushed-by-seawater is less than 1.5%.The fly-ash-flushed-by-seawater used in subbase course construction is feasible.
