源网分开集中供热模式探讨

Studying on Sources Parted from Networks of District Heating Mode

摘要 目的调整优化供热系统结构,提高供热系统的可靠性、安全性与系统的综合效益,加快城镇供热体制改革和用热商品化的进程.方法运用理论移植和对比分析方法,分析城市集中供热热源及热网技术水平、管理形式、供热模式和多热源联网技术等现状,借鉴电力行业的"厂网分开"理念,研究源网分开集中供热模式.结果提出了源网分开集中供热模式的含义,构建了源网分开集中供热体系,阐述了实施源网分开集中供热的意义及前提条件,提出了实施供热模式的可行性建议.结论源网分开集中供热模式可达到节能环保、安全可靠,推动供热商品化、市场化等社会发展的全新要求.其实施过程是复杂的,需要要统筹规划,可在城市独立区域或者新建区域内做示范,通过实验有步骤有计划地开展. In order to adjust and optimize the heating system structure,improve the environmental benefits,reliability and security of heating system,accelerate the commercialization of urban thermal process,this paper analyzed the current situation of technical level and management forms,heating mode and multi-heat source networking technology about the source and network of urban central heating by the methods of theory transplantation and comparative analysis.It researched the sources parted from networks of district heating mode referencing the idea of"power plant spirited form electric network"in electric power industry.The concept,construction system,senses,and the premises of district sources parted form networks were put forward for the first time.At last some suggestions on putting district sources parted form networks into practice were given out.The sources parted form networks district heating mode can achieve the new requirements of so-cial development of energy-saving environmental protection,safety,reliability and promoting heating commercialization.The implementation of sources parted form networks district heating mode is complicated,and it can be carried out in separate areas or new zone for demonstration.The implementation of it must through making plans and carrying out pilot experiments step by step.
