摘要 为选取合适的逆变器拓扑结构,从开关器件功率的概念出发,对3种逆变器拓扑结构在光伏发电系统中的应用进行比较。理论上计算出传统逆变器和在不同的直通状态控制下的Z源逆变器的开关器件总功率,通过Matlab软件仿真比较了3种逆变器拓扑结构中的开关器件总功率。最后给出的Simulink仿真实验证明,为在光伏发电系统设计中选择合适的拓扑结构,提供了参考与理论依据。 One of critical problems that how to choose the fit topology of inverter in PV system design must be con- sidered. Vohage-source inverter, DC-DC boosted inverter, and Z-source inverter have their own features. Based on SDP (Switching Device Power), there is a quantitative comparison that included Total Switching Device Power of three topologies at this paper. And the comparison showed that Z-source inverter is very promising in PV system application when the range of boost factor was from 1 to 2. 1. Especially when power factor was low, the range is to extend. The conclusion was verified by simulation results. This paper can be the reference at PV system design and provide a theoretical basis.
