摘要 从燃用煤质、围燃带的敷设对汽温的影响、运行角度等方面,对锅炉受热面结焦机理进行分析,并提出防止措施。实践证明,改造后锅炉结焦现象明显减少,保证了机组安全、经济、高效运行。 From burns with the anthrax, Wei-burning zone placing to aspects and so on steam warm influence, movement angle, the article carried on the analysis to the boiler heating surface coking mechanism, and proposed that prevents the measure. The practice proved that after the transformation, the boiler coking phenomenon obvious reduction, has guaranteed the unit safely powerfully, economical, the highly effective movement.
