益艾康胶囊合甘草泻心汤治疗艾滋病口腔溃疡临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Yi Aikang Capsule with Glycyrrhizae Decoction for Purging Stomach -Fire on Treating Dental Ulcer

目的:观察益艾康胶囊合甘草泻心汤治疗艾滋病口腔溃疡的疗效。方法:采用益艾康胶囊配合甘草泻心汤每日1剂,7d为1疗程,治疗艾滋病口腔溃疡60例,并与对照组40例对比。结果:治疗组有效率90%,明显优于对照组的60%(P<0.05)。结论:本疗法对艾滋病机会性感染口腔溃疡疗效显著,具有抗耐药、减少感染、促进免疫功能重建作用。

Objective：To observe curative effect of Yi Aikang capsule with Glycyrrhizae Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire to treat Dental ulcer. Methods：Adopted Yi Aikang capsule with Glycyrrhizae Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire,1 dose per day. 1 course of treatment is 7 days. 60 cases of AIDS dental ulcer were treated and there is a control team （ 40 cases）. Results：The total effective rate is 90% in treatment team and surpassing obviously control team（ 60% ） （ P 0. 05）. Conclusion：The curative effect of this treatment is significant to AIDS opportunistic infection dental ulcer,playing a role in antidrug fast,reducing infection,advancing immune function reconstruction.
