至生胶囊对人食管癌细胞Eca-109侵袭作用的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨人食管癌细胞Eca-109对重组基底膜的侵袭作用及至生胶囊对其侵袭能力的影响。方法:取12只健康日本大耳白兔,随机分为至生胶囊高剂量组、低剂量组、复方斑蝥胶囊对照组、生理盐水空白组4组,每组3只,连续给药3d,末次给药后2h内分别从耳中央动脉无菌采血,制备含药血清,采用Transwell细胞培养小室建立人肿瘤细胞体外侵袭模型,光学显微镜观察侵袭细胞的相对数目来表示肿瘤细胞的侵袭能力。结果:至生胶囊高剂量组、低剂量组对人食管癌细胞Eca-109有明显的抑制作用,与对照组、空白组比较,组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:至生胶囊能明显抑制人食管癌细胞Eca-109对重组基底膜侵袭能力。 Objective:To approach the infestation function of esophageal carcinoma Eca-109 to recombinate basal lamina and effect of Zhisheng capsules to Eca-109 infestation. Methods:12 healthy Japanese rabbits with big ear were randomly,divided into Zhi Sheng capule high dose group,low -dose group,complex beetle capsule control group and isotonic Na chloride blank group. The animals was treated successive administration 3 days and sterile culling blood from ear central artery partly after 2 hours at last dose,then prepared drugcontaining serum and adopted Transwell cell culture booth to establishing man tumour cell extraorgan infestation model. The light microscope was used to observe infestation corpuscular relative number to express tumor cell infestation ability. Results:Zhisheng capsule high dose group and lowdose group paly a conspicuous inhibitory action role in man carcinoma of esophagus cell Eca-109,compared to control group and blank group,there are significant difference( P 0. 05). Conclusion:Zhisheng capsule can obvioushy restrain man carcinoma of esophagus cell Eca-109 to infestation ability of recombinate basal lamina.
