癌痛消颗粒结合肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗原发性肝癌的中医证候及相关临床疗效研究

The Syndrome and Clinical Research of Aitongxiao Decoction with TACE on Primary Hepatic Carcinoma

目的:观察癌痛消颗粒结合肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗原发性肝癌(Primary hepatic carcinoma,PHC)患者的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的40例原发性肝癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例,治疗组予癌痛消颗粒加肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗,对照组予常规加肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗,对照观察PHC患者治疗前后中医证候疗效、肝脏功能、生存质量水平的变化。所得数据采用χ2检验、t检验、Ridit分析等方法进行统计分析,采用spss11.5统计软件包进行计算。结果:治疗后两组中医证候疗效相比差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),肝脏功能指标Child-pugh分级指标差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),患者生存质量改善差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:癌痛消颗粒结合肝动脉化疗栓塞术能改善PHC患者的中医临床证候、改善其肝脏功能、生存质量临床效果优于对照组。

Object：Observing the clinical effect in the PHC vandomly case under the therapy of Ai Tong Xiao granulate combination with TACE. Method：40 standard PHC cases were divided into two groups,test group and control group,20 cases in each group. The test group was provided Ai tong xiao granulate combination TACE. The control group was offer usual treatment combination TACE ,then researched and compared the indications,such as the effect of traditional Chinese medicine,the function of liver and the quantity of life. Finally analyzed the datas by applying the T test,Ridit test and calculating those datas with the help of Spss11. 5 stastic software. Results：two groups post treatment the effect of traditional Chinese medicine,the difference is obvious and sufficient （ P 0. 01） ; the Childpugh grading about the indications of function of liver difference is sufficient （ P 0. 05） ; the quality of life difference is sufficient（ P 0. 01）. Conclusion：Ai Tong Xiao granulate combination TACE can improve the effect of traditional Chinese medicine,the function of liver and the quality of life. Ai Tong Xiao granulate combination with TACE has a better effect in the therapy of PHC.
