摘要
目的:研究丹寿汤及其不同配伍对抗心磷脂抗体阳性流产动物模型胚胎吸收率的影响,探讨丹寿汤的最佳组合对复发性流产的防治作用。方法:①将120只孕10周龄SD孕鼠随机分为12组,每组10只,模型制备按照本课题组的改良方法复制,药物按正交t值法[1]L12(26)的二水平正交表进行分组,自孕第1天起,灌胃15d,处死取材。②将80只孕鼠随机分为8组,每组10只,药物按正交t值法L8(2n)的二水平正交表进行分组,实验过程及疗效观察指标同上。结果:①菟丝子、续断、丹参明显降低模型鼠的胚胎吸收率(P<0.05)为主药。②辅药桑寄生能明显降低模型鼠的胚胎吸收率(P<0.05)。阿胶与桑寄生作用协同,降香与阿胶作用拮抗。结论:丹寿汤组合为菟丝子、续断、丹参、桑寄生、阿胶时,模型鼠的胚胎吸收率最低。
Objective:To explore the best combination of Dan Shou Tang of recurrent spontaneous abortion anticardiolipin antibodies drug compatibility. Methods:1. One hundred and twenty of 10-weekold pregnant SD rats were divided randomly into 12 groups,and 10 rats each group,according to the model of the preparation method,improvement of copy by orthogonal t drug L12(26) method of two levels orthogonal table at the first group,since the days of gastric lavagel. 15 days apparatus. 2 Eighty mice were randomly divided into eight groups,and 10 each group,which were given drugs by orthogonal t L8(2n) method of two levels orthogonal table group,exper-iments and clinical observation index were the same as the above. Results:1. The dodder,fracture,danshen could obviously decrease the rat embryo absorption rate ( P 0. 05) for their Lord,mistletoe,ejiao,the auxiliary medicine for possible dalbergiae odoriferae. 2 Mistletoe could obviously decrease the rat embryo absorption rate ( P 0. 05). The donkeyhide gelatine and dalbergiae odoriferae,mistletoe action coordination and ejiao antagonized role. Conclusion:Dan Shou Tang combined with dodder soup,fracture,danshen,mistletoe,ejiao,rat model of embryos absorptivity is the lowest.
