摘要
目的:观察复方川芎胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法:90例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,两组均予以常规西医药治疗,治疗组同时给予复方川芎胶囊治疗,每日3次,每次4粒,口服,两组均以14d为1疗程。观察两组的临床疗效与心电图变化。结果:治疗组有效率为88.9%,与对照组64.4%比较,疗效显著(P<0.05)。且无不良反应发生。结论:复方川芎胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛安全有效。
Objective：To observe the effect of the compound capsule Chuanxiong in treating unstable angina pectoris. Methods：90 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Two groups were treated with conventional Western medical treatment,the study group was given compound Chuanxiong capsule per 4 capsules,3 times daily,oral,14 days was a course of treatment. Clinical efficacy was observed with ECG changes. Results：The total effective rate was 88. 9% ,compared with the control group（ 64. 4% ） it gets significant effect （ P 0. 05）. It has no adverse reactions. Conclusion：Compound Chuanxiong capsule on treating unstable Angina is safe and effective.
