参芪通络汤辨证施治在糖尿病视网膜病变中的应用

Application of Shen Qi Tong Luo Decoction on Treating Diabetic Retinopathy

目的:观察参芪通络汤辨证施治在糖尿病视网膜病变治疗中的临床应用。方法:选择住院和门诊病例60例随机分为治疗组30例、对照组30例。两组均根据患者情况选择口服降糖药物控制血糖。治疗观察组在此基础上加服益气养阴的参芪通络汤加减连续服用56d观察其效果。结果:两组眼底病变疗效治疗组有效率为90%、对照组有效率为56.6%,有显著差异(P<0.05),两组视力改变治疗观察组有效率为86.7%,对照组有效率为53.3%,有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:利用中药参芪通络汤加减辨证治疗糖尿病视网膜病变效果显著。

Objective：To observe clinical application of Shen Qi Tong Luo Decoction to treat diabetic retinopathy. Methods：60 cases of hospital and clinic service patients were randomly divided into treatment observation team （ 30 cases） and control team （ 30 cases）. Two groups were treated in oral antidiabetic drug to control blood sugar according to patient＇s information. The treatment group was treated in Shen Qi Tong Luo decoction on the basis of based treatment. The observation effect was evaluation after 8 weeks. Results：The curative effect rate of eye ground pathological changes was 90% in the treatment and 56. 6% in the control. There was significant deviation （ P 0. 05）. The utility rate of sight alteration was 86. 7% in the treatment and 53. 3% in the control. There was significant deviation （ P 0. 05）. Conclusion：The Shen Qi Tong Luo Decoction had the notable effect to treat diabetic retinopathy.
