摘要
通过分析水上交通安全监管的基本知识和海事价值的实现途径,探索海事经济社会贡献的测算方法,并以广东海事局为例测算出海事的投入产出比约为1:3.8,其中,技术进步的贡献率约为70%,提出了海事经济社会贡献测算未来的发展展望。
By analyzing the basic, cognition of waterborne traffic safety eontrol and the approach to realize the value of maritime administrative activities, this paper proposes a quantitative method to calculate contributions of maritime administration, and takes measurements of the Guangdong MSA as an example. According to calculation, marine input-output ratio is about 1：3.8, in which the contribution rate of technological development is about 70%. Finally, this paper gives the future development prospects of calculation of marine economic and social contributions.
