摘要
目的通过观察川崎病患儿血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的变化,评价其在川崎病(KD)发病机制中的作用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测33例KD患儿治疗前后血清VEGF的含量,并设置无发热、发热对照组;同时检测外周血常规、CRP及血清白蛋白等指标。结果 KD组血VEGF含量无论治疗前后均明显高于对照组;有低白蛋白血症者高于血白蛋白正常者;CAL组与NCAL组之间无统计学差别。KD急性期VEGF值与中性粒细胞、CRP呈正相关。结论 VEGF参与了KD的病理生理过程,在发病早期可能是一种有害的机制。
Objective To evaluate its roles in the mechanisms of Kawasaki's disease(KD) , serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) was investigated among children with acute KD. Methods Serum levels of VEGF of 33 patients with acute KD of whom 6 cases were associated with eoromary artery lesion (CAL) either pretreated or pro-treated by WIG + Aspirin, and of 10 febril patients with infection and 10 afebril children without infection were measured by ELISA. Meantime, Peripheral blood neutrophil, C reactive protein (CRP) and serum albumin level of patients in acute phase with KD were determined. Results Ser- um levels of VEGF in patients with acute KD increased significantly comparing to those febril and afebril patients without KD, e- ven though post-treatment. Patients associated with lower serum albumin got relatively higher VEGF levels than those of patients with normal serum albumin. There was no statistical difference of VEGF levels between patients associated with CAL and those without CAL. Increased VEGF was eorelated with higher Peripheral neutrophil and CRP. Conclusion VEGF was involved into the mechanisms of KD which might acts as a causative factor in the acute phase.
