蔗糖铁联合促红细胞生成素治疗肾性贫血的疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察静脉蔗糖铁(氢氧化铁蔗糖复合物)联合促红细胞生成素(EPO)治疗肾性贫血的有效性和安全性。方法选择50例住院患者,根据公式计算总补铁量,应用蔗糖铁进行补铁治疗,同时联合EPO皮下注射治疗,于用药前及用药后4周检测血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(HCT)、红细胞(RBC)、网织红细胞(Ret)、血清铁蛋白(SF)、转铁蛋白饱和度(TSAT)等指标,同时观察有无不良反应。结果 50例患者中铁贮存低下者16例(40%),相对铁缺乏者24例(60%);用药后4周与用药前相比Hb、HCT、RBC、Ret、SF及TSAT显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);50例中显效35例,有效13例,进步2例,总有效率95%,无效0例,无不良反应发生。结论静脉予以蔗糖铁联合EPO治疗尿毒症铁缺乏患者贫血,疗效确切、方便可行、起效较快,无明确不良反应发生。
