With the population aging, changes in disease, as well as high medical expenses, had become the development trend of health care to carry out the system of community-based health services. The construction of community health professionals was the key to the sustainable and healthy development of community health services. The quality of community nurses affected the development of community health services directly. Job training for community nurses was an important part of cultivating community nurses, a necessary condition of the sustainable development of community health services, and an effective way to cultivate community nurses who adapt to the development of community health services in a short period. This article mainly discussed the necessity of job training for community nurses.
