化疗副反应的掌握对乳癌患者生活质量的影响

Influence of Mastering the Knowledge of Side Effects of Chemotherapy on QOL in Patients with Breast Cancer

目的调查乳腺癌术后化疗患者对化疗不良反应知识掌握程度及生活质量状况,分析两者之间的关系,为提高乳腺癌术后化疗患者的生活质量提供护理依据。方法随机抽样方法选择2009年2月-7月期间入住肿瘤外科的乳腺癌术后化疗患者60例,发放调查问卷,将所得资料进行统计学分析。结果乳腺癌术后化疗患者生活质量的总体评分为68.04分,化疗不良反应知识掌握程度的总体评分为16.38分,与生活质量总体评分及各维度成正相关。结论护理人员应加强化疗不良反应防护知识的健康宣教与专业指导,提高乳腺癌术后化疗患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate and analyze the mastery degree of side effect of chemotherapy by the patients with breast cancer after operation and their status of quality of life（QOL） , and provide the nursing basis for improving the QOL patients. Methods 60 cases with breast cancer were randomly sampled by questionnaire in our department from February 2009 to July 2009, the data were analyzed by medical statistics. Results Integrated QOL score of breast cancer patients after operation was 68.04,integrated score of the mastery degree of the side effect of chemotherapy was 16.38 ,there was a positive correlation be- tween integrated QOL score and three dimensions. Conclusion Nurses should strengthen the health propaganda, education and professional guiding of protection knowledge of the side effect of chemotherapy, so as to improve the QOL of breast cancer patients after operation.
