荧光原位杂交技术及其在遗传学中的应用进展 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨荧光原位杂交技术及其在遗传学中的应用。方法通过阅读文献,对荧光原位杂交技术及其应用的进展进行综述。结果荧光原位杂交技术是由细胞遗传学、分子生物学及免疫学技术相结合而产生的一门新技术,在基因定位、产前诊断、遗传病检测、肿瘤遗传学基础研究等领域应用广泛。近年来,探针的种类及该技术都有新的进展,染色体描绘、比较基因组杂交、光谱染色体自动核型分析等都是在荧光原位杂交技术基础之上发展起来的多色荧光杂交新技术。结论荧光原位杂交技术与常规细胞遗传学方法相比,分析方法简便、迅速、精确,直观性强,既可以检测中期分裂相又可以检测间期细胞核,在遗传学领域有着广阔的应用前景。
