心脏介入手术患者全程心理干预的效果研究

Effect of Whole Course Psychology Intervention on Patients with Heart Interventional Operation

目的探讨全程心理护理对心脏介入患者应激反应的影响。方法采用随机研究方法对116例患者分组进行观察,2008年12月份以前手术的58例行心脏介入手术患者为对照组,采用常规的心理护理方法 ,2008年12月-2009年6月期间手术的58例心脏介入手术患者为干预组,除采用与对照组相同的常规护理外,还配置本患者的责任护士进行术前、术中、术后全程陪护,同时特别强调进行心理护理干预。比较两组患者术前24h到术后24h期间睡眠质量、血压高、心悸的发生情况。结果干预组进行全程心理干预后睡眠质量及血压、心率的变化发生率明显低于对照组。结论全程心理干预可缓解心脏介入患者不良情绪,降低了应激反应对身体的不良刺激,提高手术成功率,取得较好的临床效果。

Objective To explore the effects of whole course psychology nursing on the complications of patients received the heart interventional operation. Methods The random method was used to study the efficiencies of psychology intervention in 116 patients with heart interventional operation. The control group（ 58 cases ,treated before Dec, 2008 ） received the conventional nursing care;the intervention group（58 cases, treated from Dec. 2008 to Jun. 2009） received additional whole course psychology inter- vention based on the conventional nursing care. The sleep quality, blood pressure and palpitation were observed in 24 h before and after the heart interventional operation. Results The incidence rate of high blood pressure and palpitation in the intervention group were less than that in the control group. The sleep quality of patients in the intervention group was also better than those in the control group. Conclusion The whole course psychology intervention may alleviate the bed emotion of patients with heart interventional operation, reduce the stimulation from stress reaction, and raised the success ratio of surgery.
