摘要
20世纪80年代以来,认知语言学的产生给语言研究带来了前所未有的热潮,尤其是以Lakoff为代表的概念隐喻理论的提出,对语言各个层面的研究都产生了深远的影响。以英语中的多义词现象为切入点,运用概念隐喻探讨多义词的形成以及对教学方法产生的启示,能够推动概念隐喻与英语教学实践的有机结合。
Form 1980s, the emergence of cognitive liguistics produces great interest in language study, especially conceptual metaphor proposed by Lakoff, which lead to much effect in levels of language. From the perspective of polysemy in English and conceptual metaphor, this paper explores the form of polysemy and its teaching inspiron.
