Concept map which is prevalent in countries abroad, especially in Europe and the United States as a teaching form, has been introduced into the domestic education recent years. As a tool of organization and characterization of knowledge that can motivate learners take the initiative to build concepts, develop metacognitive knowledge and autonomy, and is an effective means of achieving quality education. Thus, applying concept map to the circuit teaching has important practical significance.
